Scarborough-based Unison Ltd (www.unisonltd.com), the UK manufacturer of CNC all-electric tube-bending systems, has appointed Stuart Calvert as its new head of sales and support to help maintain its continued global growth; this growth recently included the opening of a new production and support facility in the USA.

Mr Calvert, who has more than 15 years’ experience working in sales and export roles with global industrial manufacturers, said: “I am delighted to be joining Unison in this new role to further develop the global reach and reputation we have achieved for manufacturing advanced high-quality tube manipulation equipment.

"Already, some 65% of the machines are exported to the USA. Opening our new manufacturing and support facility in Danville, Virginia, will allow us to better serve customers working in sectors ranging from shipbuilding to aerospace.
