Birmingham-based Sorion Electronics, a provider of bespoke electrical test and process control solutions, is investing in a fourth unit — next door to its current facility on the Magreal Industrial Estate — increasing its total floor space to 12,000ft².

This will enable the company to expand its workforce to better support existing customers — including Dyson, Lear and Grupo Antolin — and to pursue new work.

It started 2019 with two new recruits and is planning to take on more people by the end of the year.

Sorion will be hosting a number of events in the upcoming months, including Technology Open Days.
