Lantek, a multi-national company providing technology for the ‘digital transformation’ of the sheet metal and fabrication sector with a UK subsidiary (Lantek Systems Ltd) in Malvern (
www.lanteksms.com/uk), continues its growth in both ‘market presence’ and number of customers, having recently exceeded the figure of 22,000 companies (in more than 100 countries on five continents) using its licenses and/or services.
The company says that its commitment to innovation has allowed it to grow, since its launch more than 30 years ago, into a company specialising in the development, sale and integration of control and management software solutions (CAD/CAM, ME and ERP) for industrial plants, as well as a pioneer in advanced manufacturing applications in sheet metal, tube and profile cutting.
Most of Lantek’s customers use laser cutting machines, followed by oxycut-plasma, punching and water-jet cutting machines.
Juan José Colás, Lantek’s sales director, said: “The on-going increase in the number of customers is clearly reflected in the company’s results.
“In the last financial year, Lantek recorded a growth of 10% in turnover, cementing a solid financial position that gives us the resources to take on the growth necessary to face the new challenges of Industry 4.0.”
