
Coventry-based MNB Precision has won the coveted Small- to Medium-size Business of the Year Award at the
Lloyds Bank National Business Awards 2019.
Recognised by the judges for consistent business growth and a strong financial performance, the company clearly demonstrated an understanding for its customers, as well as an engaged workforce (

Now managed by third-generation directors Luke and Elliot Benton, the privately owned business employs more than 140 people and currently provides precision machining services for more than 40 global customers, primarily in the oil and gas sector (

MNB has moved away from being a traditional production-based manufacturer to become a service provider, tailoring its offering to suit customer demand.
This versatile approach has helped the company to take advantage of new opportunities to grow.
