ITC App, which has been developed to provide existing and new customers with access to all the company’s cutting tools and services, while making it easy to check availability, prices and purchase products 24/7.
Combining the expertise of cutting tool engineers with software developers, the new app is an easy-to-navigate platform that also contains technical information and product details.
Customers can also access a range of services from ITC; these include searching their app order history, a feature that provides details on previous purchases, the dates of purchase and of course the products.
Moreover, users can create and store ‘favourite items’ and complete lists of tooling for individual machining jobs. These store product information, respective product codes, prices and availability.
The new app also has a ‘powerful search facility’ that readily identifies all the suitable products within the search parameters; users can also access help videos. The new App can be downloaded to Web-, Android- and Apple-based platforms.
