Axe & Status to put Accurl fibre lasers in the spotlightMilton Keynes-based Axe & Status Machinery Ltd, a specialist supplier of high-quality CNC machine tools, press brakes, fibre lasers, oil country lathes, and sheet metal machinery, will be celebrating at MACH 2024 (Hall 18, Stand 330), taking place 15-19 April at the NEC, Birmingham, following the company’s appointment last year as the exclusive distributor of the Accurl brand in the UK. China-based Accurl is a global manufacturer of fabrication machinery and ‘state of the art’ fibre lasers that can be specified with an IPG fiber laser source up to 30kW.

At MACH 2024 Axe & Status will be showcasing a ‘state of the art’ Accurl Fibre Laser 3015. Part of the MasterLINE series range, the machine features a 3,000 x 1,500mm bed, and the example on display will have a 15kW laser for cutting a variety of sheet metals including stainless steel, mild steel, aluminum, brass and copper.

Accurl is also a leading manufacturer of hydraulic and servo-electric CNC press brakes, known for their power, productivity, and versatility. The machines are designed for a wide range of sheet metal bending applications, from simple bends to complex forming. Axe & Status will be demonstrating a couple of Accurl press brakes at the show.

Steve Thomas, Axe & Status managing director, said: “We are really looking forward to exhibiting at MACH 2024. The collaboration between Axe & Status and Accurl represents a dynamic alliance that combines expertise, innovation, and market presence. Together, we are poised to shape the future of the fibre laser market in the UK, delivering unrivalled technology and unparalleled customer satisfaction — and this will all be apparent at the show.”
