Live demonstrations at the ANCA UK facilities included blank preparation on the CPX machine, single setup tool production on the MX7 Ultra, laser etching for production on the AMX, as well as software and automation demonstrationsANCA, a global leader in grinding technology, marked its 50th anniversary with a UK Open House event at its Coventry facility last week. The event, which attracted over 80 visitiors, showcased a range of grinding technology innovations and celebrated the decades of collaboration with manufacturers and partners alike.
The ANCA UK Open House gave the company the ideal platform to highlight its latest innovations, including the AIMS automation system, the very latest release of its ToolRoom software, and its ULTRA technology for top-quality tool production. Attendees also gained insights into micro tool manufacturing and single-setup tool manufacturing with integrated peel grinding, demonstrating ANCA's commitment to providing comprehensive solutions to meet the evolving needs of its customers.
As well as live machine demonstrations, informative presentations, and celebratory activities, visitors got to see firsthand all the latest technologies for precision tool manufacturing in action. In addition, ANCA collaborated with industry partners CemeCon (coating technology), GDS (clamping technology), Tyrolit (grinding wheels), and Oelheld (fluid technology) to provide attendees with access to experts across the manufacturing process chain, enriching the overall experience.

The Open House event was an excellent opportunity for attendees to explore our latest advancements and gain valuable insights to enhance their businesses.” During the celebration dinner, attendees had the chance to reminisce and reconnect with other ANCA customers, and reflect on the company's journey and their shared achievements over the past five decades.
ANCA UK also unveiled a new strategic partnership with GDS Präzisionszerspanungs GmbH from Ofterdingen, Germany. Under this partnership, ANCA will represent GDS in the UK and Ireland, bringing superior clamping solutions and combined expertise to the market.
