Michigan-based EcoMotors (EM) has acquired Katech Inc, a manufacturer of advanced engines and power-trains based in the same state.
EM president and chief operating officer Amit Soman said that the purchase will significantly boost his company’s ability to “bring things from design to life at a rapid pace.
