The Newport Pagnell-based gripping- and clamping-systems specialist Schunk Intec Ltd (www.gb.schunk.com) has appointed Steven Betts as its area sales manager for the East Midlands.

He has a comprehensive engineering background, as well as extensive manufacturing expertise, and he joined the company in the week of the MACH 2016 exhibition.
