Earlier this month, ‘Jaguar’s women’ celebrated International Women’s Day by showcasing automotive-industry careers in a short video. Called , this features some of the female employees who design, manufacture, test and sell the company’s cars — plus customer Jess Monks, who bought a Jaguar F-Pace SUV.

“We have trebled the number of women in management roles and we out-perform the national average threefold in the recruitment of female engineering apprentices.
