MACH 2016While at
MACH, JJ Hardy — a large sub-contract manufacturer from Hartlepool — signed a two-year agreement with the Wetherby-based tooling company TaeguTec UK Ltd (
www.taegutec.com) for the supply of its cutting tools.
Working in conjunction with TaeguTec distributor Alliance Tooling, JJ Hardy will undertake a programme of continuous improvement aimed at driving down tooling and production costs while improving cycle times.
Managing director Andrew Pailor said: “After using our previous tooling supplier for over 24 years, we felt the
progression of tooling developments had stagnated and we needed to ‘up the ante’ to maximise our productivity. The package offered by TaeguTec and Alliance Tooling is certainly going to drive us forward.”
