ITC shows GSE HMT S-15 at MACH

MACH 2016Over the past 12 months, Tamworth-based Industrial Tooling Corporation Ltd (www.itc-ltd.co.uk) has been following an aggressive growth strategy that has seen the company increase the size of its factory by 50% and install a number of new production machines.

While at MACH, managing director Peter Graves took the opportunity to source a new automated carbide-rod-cutting machine to handle the ever-increasing batch sizes of special, standard and stocked ranges of ITC products.

“The GSE HMT S-15 can cut diameters from 3 to 40mm and lengths up to 500mm completely unmanned. With the cutting of carbide blanks previously taking up to 6min, the new machine will eliminate a bottleneck in our production.”
