Thebus Engineering rebrand

As part of a strategic initiative to expand its market penetration and facilitate greater collaboration between business divisions, Stansted-based Optical Metrology Services (www.omsmeasure.com) has announced a rebrand of its high-precision manufacturing subsidiary — Thebus Engineering.

Part of the OMS family since 2005, Thebus makes a wide range of components that are integral to the group’s portfolio of precision measurement tools; it is now called OMS Engineering.

OMS CEO Denise Smiles says: “Rebranding our engineering division comes as part of a long-term strategic initiative to use internal expertise to widen our sector-targeting strategy. In the future, this will see OMS technologies used in an extensive number of sectors — not just in the UK, but world-wide.”
