WJS Machine Tools to offer new range Wetherby-based WJS Machine Tools Ltd has been appointed by Sunrise Fluid Power to represent its range of machines in the UK (www.wjsuk.com).

The Taiwanese company has been specialising in the manufacture of top-quality hydraulic ironworkers, punching machines, bending machines and other hydraulic machinery and equipment for over 25 years.

Sunrise is ISO-9001 certified by BVQI, and its products meet the CE safety requirements and regulations — quality of the highest standard is the key factor in the company’s success.

All key components of Sunrise machines are made in-house at a modern plant and on automated production lines; these use the latest control systems to maximise efficiency.

WJS Machine Tools is structured for the sale and support of this equipment in the UK, with a well-proven track record in the sheet-metal and fabricating industries.

Gavin Bell, WJS sales director, said: “Our business has been built on the supply of top-quality equipment to the UK manufacturing base; it includes water-jet systems from WaterJet Sweden, CNC tube-bending equipment from Schwarze-Robitec, and plate and section bending rolls from Swebend. Sunrise equipment sits well with that.

“When we visited the Sunrise factory and met the people, it was clear that it was a well-organised and highly efficient manufacturing company, using modern design technologies and modern machine tools and techniques to build truly world-class machines.”
