Faro takes stake in VR firmThe 3-D measurement and imaging company Faro (www.faro.com) recently announced a minority investment in Present4D GmbH, which provides software solutions for “professional virtual-reality (VR) presentations and training environments”.

Simon Raab, Faro president and CEO, said: “We are very excited to have Present4D as a strategic partner; the company is uniquely positioned to drive the adoption of virtual-reality solutions across a broad spectrum of business and industrial applications.
