Carfulan Group celebrates triple ISO success

Carfulan Group celebrates triple ISO successSYS Systems and Zoller UK, which are both part of the South Derbyshire-based Carfulan Group (www.carfulan.com), have been re-certified to ISO 9001:2015.

OGP UK — another business in the group’s portfolio — was successfully re-certified in August 2017, meaning that all three are now officially recognised as having a quality management system in place.

The ISO certification acts as proof that a business is dedicated to providing better products and services, while operating with greater efficiency.

It ensures consistently high standards covering areas such as leadership, communication, planning, operations and performance, as well as how organisational risk and documented information are managed.

Companies previously registered to ISO 9001:2008 must have made the transition to the more rigorous requirements of the 2015 standard by September 2018.

Carfulan Group director Chris Fulton said: “It is ingrained into our company ethos that customers are at the centre of everything we do.

"We’re all about helping them to make better products more efficiently.

“Having the ISO standard is official recognition of that dedication, and we’re delighted that SYS Systems and Zoller UK have now joined OGP UK in achieving it.”

Based at the Carfulan Group’s headquarters in Foston, SYS Systems is a UK platinum partner for Stratasys, supplying its full range of 3-D printing solutions.

Zoller UK is dedicated solely to supplying tool pre-setting and inspection equipment, while OGP UK offers advanced multi-sensor non-contact systems for accurately measuring manufactured parts (it encompasses ViciVision UK, a supplier of optical turned-part measurement solutions).
