EWM AG opens a location in France

Last month, EWM AG (www.ewm-group.com) — Germany’s largest manufacturer of arc welding technology — opened a new facility in the French city of Tours, Managed by Stéphane Lemaire, this will provide service and product training, demonstrations and welding support for France’s welding technology professionals.

Alongside the company’s arc welding technology (tailored for customers’ requirements) and a complete range of welding
accessories, EWM is also offering the French market ‘new technologies’ for Industry 4.0 — in particular, the Welding 4.0 welding management system EWM Xnet 2.0.

EWM says that when used in combination with its new Titan XQ MIG/MAG multi-process welding machine, the system helps users to achieve a competitive advantage.
