Philip Hammond, the Chancellor of the Exchequer, recently visited Reaction Engines’ Culham headquarters, where he
was briefed on recent milestones in the company’s SABRE development programme and saw how its proprietary technology has the potential to revolutionise thermal management across multiple applications.

Reaction Engines has raised over £100 million in the last three years from public and private sources to support its transition from a successful research phase into development and testing of its engine.
