Southampton-based 123 Insight Ltd, an MRP/ERP software provider, has released an update to its 123mobile tablet app (
www.123insight.com/123mobile), allowing users in stores or on the shopfloor to perform common tasks on low-cost iOS or Android devices.
123mobile already provides features such as stock control, kitting works orders and shopfloor data collection to log the starting/stopping of tasks.
The latest release allows users to receive finished works orders into stock or sort an electronic picking list into a particular sequence; it also has expiry-date enhancements.
