Following a successful participation at the
EMO show in Hanover, Tamworth-based Industrial Tooling Corporation Ltd (ITC —
www.itc-ltd.co.uk) is already in advanced negotiations regarding distribution agreements with a number of European cutting-tool distributors.
The
EMO debut for ITC was primarily a two-fold exercise: firstly to expand its European customer base; and secondly to formalise a distribution network.
The exhibition was deemed a success on both fronts.
ITC has been working with a number of technical distribution partners in Europe for a number of years. However, company expansion in 2016 and continuous investment in advanced production equipment have ‘laid the platform to strengthen its position on the continent’.
Managing director Peter Graves said: “We have built an enviable reputation in high-tech industry sectors like F1 and aerospace.
"With significant investment and the subsequent capacity provided by our new tool- and cutter-grinding machines, our aim is to take our hard-earned reputation and use it as a platform to generate European sales growth.
