New offices for Delcam Australia

Delcam Australia — the local subsidiary of leading CAD/CAM developer Delcam (www.delcam.com) — celebrated its move to new offices in Melbourne with a grand opening on 7 February, attended by group chairman Peter Miles (pictured, left).

General manager Robert Simunic (pictured, right) said: “The move is the first stage of an increased investment in our sales and support operations in Australia. The next priority is to increase our staff, so that we can provide an even better service for the 500 Delcam customers in the country.”

For nearly 25 years, the sales and support functions were handled by local partner Camplex. When Delcam decided to open an Australian subsidiary, the Camplex staff became employees of Delcam Australia, so ensuring that any impact of the change for customers was minimal.
