With technological advancements at the forefront of its operations, the structural steel specialist has decided to mark its third decade with a brand new Web site (www.ficep.co.uk) to showcase its extensive knowledge of the steel industry and how it is helping businesses globally become industry 4.0 ready.

The new site has a sleek and modern design and is easy to navigate, showing all the company has to offer including its latest machinery and software innovations, an impressive list of partnerships and how their expert service team can assist steel manufacturers around the UK.

Managing director Mark Jones said: “As we enter a new decade, we wanted to invest in something that marks the occasion, represents who we are today, and provides continuous value to our customers. The new Web site represents the advancements we have made over the past 20 years, showing our customers why we are a leading, forward-thinking company that can help factories in structural steel industries address challenges and adopt automation technologies”.

Ficep UK is a subsidiary of the world-leading supplier of structural steel and plate fabrication equipment, originally founded by Ficep S.p.A in Italy, which celebrates 90 years in the business this year.

After opening Ficep UK in a small office in Leeds back in 2000, the company is now based in an impressive headquarters with a 17,000ft² showroom and warehouse facility in Wakefield Europort.
