UK-based G&P has increased its Far East client base by adding another world-leading Tier One automotive supplier to its growing overseas portfolio. Established in 1994, the company is a world-leading provider of total quality management solutions to the manufacturing industry, primarily in the automotive and aerospace sectors.

As part of the latest agreement, G&P personnel, including laboratory assistants and support technicians focusing on areas such as chassis, braking and steering systems, are being deployed in three plants around China. They will be responsible for technical inspection, reworking and testing to ensure the highest-quality manufacturing standards are maintained within the operating facility and supply chain.

G&P’s new client produces a wide variety of mechanical, electrical and technologically advanced systems for passenger cars, including petrol, diesel, hybrid and electric vehicles, as well as trucks, buses and motorcycles, among other industrial applications.

Aside from automotive, other areas of specialism for G&P’s latest customer includes aviation technology as well as marine and off-highway components, fields in which G&P has particular expertise in quality management.
