The Robotics & Artificial Intelligence (RAI) Industry Showcase returns virtually from 25-27 May. Delegates will be able to learn about the very latest in robotics and AI technology applications and how they could be adapted to serve different sectors from healthcare to defence and manufacturing to agrifood, while exhibitors will have the chance to connect with potential customers, collaborators, and investors.

The three-day online event, organised by KTN, is expected to attract over 1,000 delegates from across all industries and will feature over 50 innovation and research-driven exhibitors on a virtual show floor.

Marie Emerson, KTN robotics knowledge transfer manager, said: “Industry, business and society priorities have changed as a result of the Covid-19 pandemic. The focus is now on maintaining necessary services such as feeding the global population, keeping individuals healthy and safe, and maintaining economic stability.

Organisations in sectors from healthcare to agriculture, and all those in between, are waiting for technology to create efficiencies and solutions for a more resilient, safer, and sustainable future, but those technologies may already exist in other sectors or the excellent UK research base.
