Ceratizit Group executive board member Thierry Wolter in discussion with show host Harald Greising

Ceratizit, a manufacturer of hard material products for wear protection and cutting tools, represented in the UK by Sheffield-based Ceratizit UK and Ireland Ltd, has announced the second instalment of its online TV show It’s Tool Time! — Optimizing Your Processes which includes an overview of the company’s latest innovations – featuring new tools and new services.

The show will be packed full of information, entertainment, interaction with viewers and is considered the best way to reach customers in light of all the key industry events falling victim to the Cornavirus pandemic.

Thierry Wolter, Ceratizit Group executive board member, said: “In 2020, faced with this challenge, we launched It’s Tool Time! — Optimizing Your Processes and brought a brand new format to the sector – a B2B infotainment show all about tools.

“We were always confident in the success of our idea – a 75min main show and two 30min Insight programmes – but we were blown away by how well it was received. Off the back of this success, we are excited to announce that a sequel will soon be hitting the screens.

“Bigger, better, and packed full of fascinating new innovations and hot industry topics, It’s Tool Time! — Optimizing Your Processes will be broadcast on 17 June 2021.”

It will be hosted by well-known presenter Harald Greising, alongside Thierry Wolter and Andreas Kordwig, director of product management and managing director of Ceratizit Deutschland GmbH. Viewers will learn more about evolutionary High Dynamic Turning, the latest FreeTurn tools, LiveTechPro – the company’s new live-stream remote support service – some extraordinary aluminium bikes, and project engineering for the aviation industry.

Mr Korwig added: “Just like last time, we want to give viewers a good overview of our latest innovations. We have done quite a lot of work to improve our tooling range and services to make our customers’ working day that bit easier.

“That is why there will be the chance to hear from Ceratizit customers as well as experts from the different business units.”

The TV show will be followed by four Insights programmes where Ceratizit’s experts will talk about their ongoing development work and latest services.

Mr Wolter continued: “We have made sure viewers can contact us directly throughout the main show and also the Insights programmes, for instance using the live chat function and Ceratizit – It’s Tool Time! will be available in nine languages and viewers are welcome to contact us in any of these languages.”

Alongside the main production in English, the eight other languages are German, Spanish, French, Polish, Czech, Slovakian, Hungarian and Romanian.

He concluded: “We've still got lots of exciting new tools and services to talk about, so a third edition of the show is certainly on the cards – just as long as viewers enjoy our upcoming show, with its mix of first-hand information, entertainment and interaction, as much as they did the first.”
