MSS to show a range of laser-related technologies at MACHRugby-based MSS Group Ltd will be showcasing a range of its technologies at MACH 2022 (Hall 17, Stand 400). The event is taking place from 4-8 April at the NEC, Birmingham.

Taking centre stage will be the MSS Nitrocube, a market leader the UK and the USA for on-site high-pressure nitrogen generation. Nitrocube is housed in the company’s cube enclosure and offers advanced ‘intelligent monitoring and controls’.

All systems provide 300 bar nitrogen at 99.98% and 99.999% gas purity as standard, and a large range of flow rates and storage capacities are available to suit most applications.

New to the UK, and launching at MACH, will be the MSS NitrO2 gas mixer panel. Specially developed by MSS for use with high-power fibre laser cutting systems, it allows on-line variable gas mixing, is extremely compact, can be installed in a minimum of floor space without the need for any large storage tanks, and allows significant increases in fibre laser cutting speed and quality. Special show launch offers will be available.

MSS Lasers is also a distributor for Penta fibre laser systems in the UK and will be taking a Penta Swing 6kW laser cutting system to the show. It features a Precitec cutting head and IPG laser source as standard, is available with laser powers from 2 to 40kW and cutting bed sizes up to 12m.

Launching at the show will be the new Penta Swan laser system. With laser power of 1-2kW, the laser can be used for welding a range of materials from mild steel to aluminium ‘with ease’. Again, special show launch offers will be available to visitors.
