Taking centre stage on the
Oemeta (UK) Ltd stand at
MACH 2022 (Hall 19, Stand 363), will be a Morgan three-wheeler, which will illustrate how quality and coolant support at the car manufacturer’s Malvern machine shop has been improved with the help of the cutting fluids supplier. The event will take place from 4-8 April, at the NEC, Birmingham
Also highlighted on the stand will be the specialist Oemeta products Hycut and Estramet S 77. Hycut is a ‘mineral-oil-free product and fluid concept’ that has been ‘tried, tested and trusted’ by a number of leading engineering companies.
Oemeta said: “The multi-function capabilities of the fluids mean that all processes can be performed using the same products many times. The two-component element allows complete control over machining lubricity and additive levels, independently, allowing total optimisation of the process.
“Additionally, it can all be recycled back into the machine coolant tanks, substantially reducing waste.
“Meanwhile, Estramet S 77 is one of the company’s latest innovations and is based on synthetic ester oils. It is a next-generation coolant and combines high-performance with cost-efficiency. It is ideal on hard-to-machine materials such as high-alloyed steel, as well as aluminium and titanium alloys.”
