Ecoclean UK, a global company in industrial cleaning technology and surface treatment, is responding to increased demands for ever more stringent part cleanliness with several new developments that it is showcasing this week at
MACH 2022 (Hall 6, Stand 549). The event is taking place from 4-8 April at the NEC, Birmingham.
Taking centre stage will be the EcoCwave for ‘challenging water-based cleaning tasks’. Designed for immersion and spraying processes, the system has a vacuum-tight work chamber and can undertake tasks from preliminary and intermediate cleaning right up to precision cleaning.
To achieve this, the machine comes, as standard, with two or three tanks that are arranged vertically and designed for optimised flow conditions and to prevent chips and dirt from accumulating.
Each tank has a separate wash solution circuit with full-flow and bypass filtration, and the design of the roll-over unit integrated in the work chamber ensures that all sides of the part to be cleaned are fully exposed to the wash solution during both ultrasonic or spray cleaning.
Ecoclean will also be informing visitors about the company’s service solutions. These include an iOS and Android compatible ‘Service app’ for maintenance and repair requirements, tailored service and maintenance concepts, developments regarding the digitalisation of cleaning processes, options for modernising and adapting systems, as well as training programmes for its customers.
