Markforged to debut latest 3-D printer at MACH 2024Markforged, a US-based designer and manufacturer of ‘industrial-grade’ 3-D printers, will give a UK show debut to its recently launched FX10 its next generation industrial composite 3-D printer at MACH 2024 (Hall 18, Stand 341), taking place 15-19 April at the NEC, Birmingham.

Markforged's 3-D printers are used in a wide range of industries, including aerospace, automotive, consumer goods, and medical. Its products are used to create a variety of parts, including jigs and fixtures, end-use parts, and prototypes. With over 10,000 customers in 70-plus countries, Markforged says it is bringing on-demand industrial production to the point of need.

Continuing the company’s heritage of providing reliable additive manufacturing solutions that deliver strong, precise parts, the FX10 is designed to supercharge manufacturing lines, increasing productivity and profitability on the factory floor. By 3-D printing the right parts when and where they are needed, Markforged solutions can reduce costs and cut lead times from months to days compared to traditional manufacturing methods.

The Markforged team will demonstrate the FX10 live at 10am and 1pm daily at MACH 2024, as well as the company’s new Digital Source platform – also a first at MACH 2024 – which enables the licensing and 3-D printing of manufacturer-certified parts.
