Mapal enjoyed a successful
MACH 2024 which took place at the NEC, Birmingham. With the event attracting large volumes of visitors and over 450 exhibitors, Mapal enjoyed a busy stand throughout the week and reported that a large amount of interest was shown in its tooling solutions.
The tooling specialist showcased milling, drilling, boring, reaming, fine boring, clamping, and hard machining applications alongside its latest innovations for various sectors including fluid power, automotive, e-mobility, and aerospace.
Furthermore, with live tooling demonstrations during the course of the week on the stands of various machine tool builders, visitors were given the opportunity to see Mapal tooling in action. Demonstrations included the machining representation of an aircraft wingspar with
Heller Machine Tools Ltd. Meanwhile an aerospace demonstration took place on the
Mazak stand that included the PowerSpeed PCD face mill and newly released OptiMill-Alu-Wave milling cutter. Mapal’s solid carbide and indexable tooling solutions for milling steel was demonstrated and presented on the
Mills CNC stand.

Our tooling focuses covering automotive, aerospace and fluid power have already led to a number of enquiries and orders.
