These three annual subscription service packages are designed to provide ‘tailored and continuous lifecycle support’ that ensures customers get quick service interventions that help keep machine tool or automation system downtime to a minimum. They use the capabilities of GFMS’s My rConnect web-based platform that allows customers access to a wide range of the company’s digital services.
In addition to its 1hr call-back guarantee and fast-track scheduling of on-site service visits, the Bronze Success Pack provides customers with extended remote support (24/5) and access to a team of over 50 diagnosticians that can provide immediate service intervention and assistance.
The company’s Silver and Gold Success Packs offer more and build on the service support offered in the Bronze Success Pack. The Silver Success Pack helps optimise a machine tool’s or automations system’s performance throughout the 12-month annual subscription period with annual preventive maintenance visits that include a comprehensive assessment of core and critical components to help detect — and as a consequence prevent — actual and potential wear issues. This pack also provides discounts on any additional parts or labour costs required to restore the machine tool or automation system’s performance. The Gold Success Pack provides premium coverage that also includes extended warranty provision, and complete cover for all repair costs for up to five years.
