Metcor Group, a provider of specialist maintenance and repair solutions for drainage, pumps and electrical infrastructure, has been named one of the 50 fastest-growing companies in the South of England. The recognition comes as part of the
UK Fast Growth Index 2025, a programme that highlights the most rapidly expanding businesses across the country.
This accolade reflects Metcor’s growing influence in its sector and its ability to scale through innovation and service excellence. Fast growth firms, while representing only a small portion of UK businesses, are responsible for a significant share of job creation and economic progress. They often lead the way in their industries, introducing new products, services and processes that push boundaries and raise standards.
The UK Fast Growth Index selects 50 companies from each of seven regions and nations. In the previous year, the 350 firms featured on the list collectively increased their turnover by £9.6 billion between 2021 and 2023, and generated 24,000 new jobs over two years.
