Specialists in marketing for manufacturing at
Full Mix Marketing, are the ‘icing on top of the cake’ as the company celebrates its 10th anniversary. The agency was established in Norwich in 2016 by Sarah West and her husband James after realising they each had the same experience at local business networking events.
Sarah, Full Mix Marketing’s managing director, said: “People kept commenting that they couldn’t find a marketing agency which understood what they do, especially if they made or engineered a product. Local agencies seemed largely focused on building websites for trendy brands, so it got us thinking. Conversation led us to the idea of a marketing agency aimed at companies who operate business-to-business (B2B) in sectors like manufacturing, which could recommend and deliver all their marketing requirements.”
A CIM chartered marketer, she left a senior marketing role and began the business from her dining room table. Having secured a few early clients, Mr West also left his day job. They then moved into offices in 2017 and took on their first member of staff. Three years later, they moved to larger offices and in September 2025 relocated to a space which will allow them to significantly expand their current team of nine.
Sarah continued: “Our greatest asset is our team, so they had to feature on our anniversary cake! Many of our colleagues have been with us seven or eight years and we wouldn’t have become the agency we are today without them.”
Strategic, digital and creative marketing Full Mix Marketing delivers marketing for companies that operate in areas such as manufacturing, engineering, construction, technology, logistics and business services. As the firm’s name suggests, the team delivers a ‘full mix’ of strategic, digital and creative marketing for their clients.

Sarah added: “Marketing works best when it is joined up, so the name encapsulated what we wanted to deliver. The mix has evolved, including the boom in content marketing and more recently AI search, and our ability to successfully apply it to what our customers do has continually grown.”
The agency now provides ongoing marketing for companies across the UK, from Bristol to Newcastle, Kent to Wales. This includes manufacturers of products and parts which support aerospace, automotive, pharmaceuticals, fire safety, heating and many other sectors.
Sarah concluded: “10 years have flown by, even during the pandemic! It is the closeness of our team, the diversity of our clients, and the success we have helped deliver that have made it such a superb experience.”
Highlights during the agency’s first 10 years have included winning an
Institute of Directors Award in 2018, being finalists for a
DMA Marketing Award in 2023 and winning a
Great British Entrepreneur Award in 2024.
