Managing director Hugh Welch with the new financial controller Katarzyna OrzelskaKyocera SGS Precision Tools Europe Ltd has appointed Katarzyna Orzelska (Kasia) as its new financial controller, effective immediately, further strengthening the company’s leadership team as it enters its next phase of growth and investment across the UK and Europe.
Kasia brings over 17 years of experience in finance operations, having held senior roles including finance manager, finance controller and accountant across a range of industrial sectors, including manufacturing, construction and chemical production. ACCA-qualified, she joins Kyocera SGS with a strong track record of supporting Managing Directors and General Managers through commercially focused financial leadership.
In her new role, Kasia will manage all day-to-day accounting functions for Kyocera SGS Precision Tools Europe, while driving key priorities around process improvement, automation, KPI monitoring and financial reporting. Her appointment comes at a pivotal time for the business, as Kyocera SGS progresses its transition into its new European Headquarters in Fradley, co-located alongside the Kyocera Unimerco team.

Her work will also contribute directly to customer and partner experience through streamlined processes, strengthened internal controls, enhanced reporting, and proactive financial management across accounts payable and receivable.
