AMOB UK, part of the global AMOB Group headquartered in Portugal, will present a fully integrated tube-bending and inspection workflow at
MACH 2026, taking place from 20–24 April at the NEC, Birmingham (Hall 6, Stand 170). Located at the entrance to Hall 6 opposite the registration area, the AMOB exhibit will feature two all-electric CNC tube-bending machines operating live throughout the duration of the show, in conjunction with on-stand Hexagon tube-measurement and inspection equipment.
The live demonstrations will centre on the eMOB-100 and eMOB-52-2bend all-electric tube bending machines, giving visitors the chance to see real-world production rather than static displays or simulated demonstrations.

The eMOB-100 (pictured left), with a maximum tube diameter capacity of 100mm, will be shown in a multi-stack, variable-radius configuration, demonstrating high-precision bending for demanding applications. Alongside it, the eMOB-52-2bend will showcase AMOB’s dual-head bending capability for tube with a diameter up to 52mm, allowing complex multi-radius parts to be produced efficiently in a single setup.
A key feature of the stand will be the integration of the bending machines with Hexagon tube inspection and portable measurement systems. Actual bent parts produced on the eMOB machines at
MACH 2026 can be measured on the stand, illustrating a practical closed-loop workflow where tube geometry can be verified immediately and adjustments made with confidence. Visitors will also be able to handle the inspection equipment themselves and see how measurement data supports faster setup, improved first-time accuracy, and consistent repeatability.
Complete process controlAMOB UK’s approach reflects its focus on complete process control. In addition to machine design and manufacture, the company also designs and manufactures its tube-bending tooling in-house. This vertical integration allows tighter alignment between machine, tooling, and application requirements, helping manufacturers reduce lead times and maintain consistent bending quality across different materials and batch sizes.

The systems that will be on display (including the eMOB-52-2bend pictured right) at
MACH 2026, are used across a wide range of sectors including automotive, aerospace, sub-contract tube-bending, general fabrication, architectural metalwork, and transport component manufacture. The live demonstrations at
MACH will focus on applications where accuracy, repeatability, and process stability are critical.
Tom Wood, AMOB UK’s managing director, said: “By running both machines live and inspecting real parts on the stand, we are showing how bending and measurement work together in practice, not as a concept. For manufacturers working to tight tolerances, especially in automotive and aerospace, this kind of integrated workflow is increasingly important.”
He added that
MACH provides an ideal platform to speak directly with engineers and production managers about real applications rather than theoretical capability.
Furthermore, visitors to the stand will be able to speak with AMOB UK’s technical and service team throughout the show, including project and service specialists, to discuss machine capability, tooling design, and inspection workflows in detail.
