Central Fabrications secures £25,000 business grant

Central Fabrications secures £25,000 business grantWalsall-based Central Fabrications Midlands Ltd, a long-established manufacturing business, is preparing for the next stage of its development after securing funding to invest in new machinery and expand its production capabilities. The company, which has operated from the town for the past 20 years, primarily manufactures products for the roofing and cladding industries and has become one of the largest suppliers to the UK self-storage industry.

The £25,000 grant, awarded by local funding provider Walsall Business Support, will be used to invest in a new CNC machine to improve efficiency and support expansion within its existing market, helping the business strengthen its offering and meet growing customer demand.

Long-term growth

Nik Humphreys, director of Central Fabrications Midlands, said: “This funding will allow us to invest in new equipment that supports the long-term growth of the business. The support we have received has really helped us move forward with plans that will ensure we continue to serve our customers effectively and remain competitive in the market.”
