Rösler UK and
AM Solutions – 3D post processing technology, a brand of the Rösler Group, have confirmed their attendance at
MACH 2026, taking place 20-24 April at the NEC, Birmingham (Hall 6, Stand 429), where it will present a live showcase of advanced surface-finishing technologies for both conventional and additive manufacturing (AM).
The stand will bring together a carefully selected mix of mass finishing, shot blasting and AM post-processing systems, underlining how finishing is becoming an increasingly important lever for improving manufacturing quality, consistency and sustainability.
Among the machines on display will be the RMBC tumble-belt blast machine, designed for efficient cleaning, descaling, derusting and deburring of a wide range of parts, and a traditional Rösler finishing cell featuring the R220 vibratory bowl and R250 rotary dryer. Also on the stand will be the FKS 04 high-energy disc machine, which offers fast, intensive finishing of smaller precision components, and the compact Mini 60 vibratory bowl, which will be available to purchase at the show.
Central to productivity and sustainabilityOn the 3-D printing side, AM Solutions will present the S1, a compact two-in-one system that combines de-powdering and surface finishing of polymer AM parts in one enclosed process. Colin Spellacy, UK head of sales at Rösler UK, said: “
MACH is the ideal platform for us because it brings together exactly the kind of manufacturers who are rethinking how they produce, finish and validate parts. What we want to show is that finishing is no longer just a final process step. It is central to productivity, quality and increasingly to sustainability as well.”
Mr Spellacy continued: “The strength of our stand this year is that it reflects the breadth of what we do. Visitors will see robust, production-proven finishing solutions for traditionally manufactured components alongside dedicated AM post-processing systems. That combination is becoming more and more relevant as manufacturers look for consistency across increasingly mixed production environments.”
With manufacturing under continued pressure to reduce waste, improve throughput, and maintain tighter quality standards, Rösler and AM Solutions are positioning their
MACH presence as a practical demonstration of how modern finishing technology can help achieve all three.
