Carfulan Group is heading to
MACH 2026 later this month with its largest-ever collection of technologies and a simple promise to continue working with its manufacturing partners to help ‘shape the future of UK industry’. The company, which has been an ever-present at the show for more than two decades, will unveil three UK firsts and two
MACH debuts from across its five divisions at the show which is taking place next week (20-24 April) at the NEC, Birmingham.
The company will demonstrate how its advanced manufacturing solutions can eliminate a lot of the ‘pain points’ companies are facing, helping them to reduce set-up times, achieve greater accuracy and support new products to get to market quicker and will have 30 engineers on the stand to answer any questions. Taking centre stage will be the new M-Series from OGP UK, representing the next generation of multi-senor metrology. The flagship M50 system, powered by the Intellicentric-M optimal system, is making its first UK appearance and has been designed for customers who need high accuracy across complex, multi-feature components.
This technology will be joined by the rapid shopfloor measurement expertise of the Metrios 332 and VICIVISION’s Techno 918 turned part inspection system that will also be on display for the first time. Visitors will be able to see the 918 configured with a combined conical laser and scanning probe solution - a pairing that unlocks a new level of flexibility for turned part measurement.
Chris Fulton, Carfulan Group’s managing director, said: “We are bringing more technologies to
MACH than ever before, showcasing our complete portfolio and how it can enable manufacturers to measure more accurately, design more freely, and produce more efficiently. There is an increase in interest from all parts of the supply chain and from several new adopters. This is really exciting, as our technical experts can get under the skin of the business in a bid to deliver lots of added value, cost savings and efficiencies.
Many solutions — all under one roofHe continued: “When we are talking to customers, they continually talk about the frustration of going to different suppliers for what they need and the lack of a joined-up approach. We can negate all of this by offering all types of solutions - from the latest 3-D printing and metrology to tool presetting and quality analysis - in one place.”
“
MACH 2026 is always the highlight of our event calendar, and this year will be our biggest appearance yet.
OGP UK,
SYS Systems,
ZOLLER UK,
VICIVISION and
METRIOS UK are all market leaders and will be heavily represented, bringing some of the most innovative technologies ever seen in this country to the fore.”
Carfulan Group will also be giving
MACH debuts to two ZOLLER systems, each designed to bring greater control and consistency to tool processes. Firstly, ToolBalancer is a precision balancing system that combines the latest balancing technology with an ergonomic, operator-friendly design which extends tool life and protects machine spindles. Visitors will also be able to gain a first insight into ToolStation, a dedicated tool assembly station that supports fast, accurate and repeatable presetting workflows.
Mr Fulton continued: “The final debut will be in the 3-D printing space. As additive manufacturing continues to expand its boundaries, SYS Systems is bringing The Origin Two to
MACH, alongside exclusive sample parts produced using the new Silicone 25a material. This is a real breakthrough for this technology as it provides flexible, durable end-use parts that can be manufactured in low to medium volumes.”
Completing the Carfulan Group line-up at
MACH 2026 will be an exciting F1 Competition taking place across the five days, with tickets for the British Grand Prix up for grabs.
