Bowers unveils new range of Moore & Wright instrumentsCamberley-based Bowers Group has launched a new range of advanced testing instruments under its Moore & Wright range at MACH 2026 today (Hall 19, Stand 440). This latest collection of portable measurement solutions has been developed to meet the evolving demands of modern engineering, quality assurance, and industrial inspection. , MACH 2026 is the UK’s premier manufacturing technologies exhibition taking place this week (20-24 April) at the NEC, Brmingham.

Ryan Kingswell, Bowers Group’s UK sales director, said: “MACH is the highlight of our calendar, and we always look forward to unveiling something truly special. This year is no exception, as we launch the next phase of our Moore & Wright testing instruments. After months of dedicated development, we are proud to have the full range ready for live demonstrations throughout the week. We invite visitors to experience the performance and precision of these exciting new products first-hand. Don’t miss your chance to see them in action!”

The new range includes the Moore and Wright MWT-1300 Profilometer and the MWT-1200 surface roughness tester, both designed to deliver fast, accurate surface finish analysis across a wide range of applications. The MWT-1300 offers detailed surface profiling, while the MWT-1200 provides a more streamlined solution for rapid, on-the-spot roughness checks without compromising reliability.

Also joining the range is the MWT-2600 material thickness gauge, a non-destructive testing solution that enables users to measure material thickness quickly and accurately without the need for dismantling components. This makes it particularly valuable for maintenance, inspection, and corrosion monitoring across industrial sectors.

Expanding beyond solid materials, the MWT-7800 Refractometer provides precise digital measurement of fluid concentrations, supporting improved process control and coolant management in manufacturing environments. Its ease of use and rapid results make it an essential tool for maintaining optimal operating conditions.

The range is further strengthened by the introduction of the MWT-3600 durometer and MWT-3610 durometer, which offer reliable hardness testing for rubber, plastics, and other soft materials. Designed for both workshop and quality control environments, these instruments provide consistent and repeatable measurements to support material verification and compliance.

Moore & Wright continues to grow beyond its traditional metrology products and is delivering practical, high-performance testing solutions that enhance efficiency, accuracy, and confidence on the shopfloor. By combining portability with precision, it allows engineers and quality professionals to make informed decisions quickly and effectively. Visitors to MACH 2026 will have the opportunity to see the full range on display and experience live demonstrations of each instrument.
