Boeing highlights global programmes at Farnborough Boeing is set to showcase its commercial, defence and services portfolio at the Farnborough International Airshow, underlining its commitment to customers, international collaboration and the future of aerospace.

The company’s presence at the event will focus on engineering excellence, current development programmes, investment in new capabilities and long-term global partnerships. Boeing says the exhibition reflects its continued efforts to strengthen relationships across the aviation and defence sectors while demonstrating the breadth of its operations.

Kelly Ortberg, Boeing president and chief executive officer, said: “Every day is an opportunity to continue building trust as we focus on safety, quality and on-time performance.

“At Farnborough, we look forward to reconnecting with our customers and suppliers, and strengthening our international partnerships — including Boeing's more than 85-year commitment to the United Kingdom — built upon the full range of our commercial, defense and services capabilities.”

A key attraction at this year’s airshow will be the first static display appearance of the Boeing MQ-28 Ghost Bat collaborative combat aircraft. The uncrewed platform has been designed to operate alongside crewed aircraft, carrying out missions such as surveillance, electronic warfare and force multiplication.

Visitors to Boeing’s stand (C-620) will be able to experience a range of immersive and interactive displays, including a full-size section of the 777X interior. The exhibit will highlight the aircraft’s wider cabin and spacious design, offering visitors a closer look at Boeing’s latest commercial aviation developments.

The company will also feature a T-7 flight deck simulator, allowing visitors to experience the capabilities and performance of the advanced trainer aircraft. A second T-7 simulator will be available for media demonstrations at the BAE Systems Pavilion in Hall 5.

Boeing’s services business will also be strongly represented, with displays covering support for both government and commercial customers. Areas highlighted will include parts supply, modifications, cabin products, digital services and training solutions.

The company will additionally showcase its Boeing Cascade Climate Impact Model, a data modelling and visualisation tool developed to assess potential pathways towards greater aviation sustainability as air traffic demand continues to grow.

Aircraft and systems on display will include the MQ-28 Ghost Bat, a US Army CH-47F Chinook and a UK Joint Aviation Command CH-47 Chinook.

Boeing executives will also take part in a series of conference sessions during the airshow. Topics will include sustainable aviation fuel financing, supply chain resilience across the global aerospace and defence sector, and emerging technologies shaping the future of the industry.

Speakers include Allison Melia, vice president of Global Enterprise Sustainability; William Ampofo II, vice president of Parts & Distribution and Supply Chain; and chief technology officer Lane Ballard.
