New offices for UTC Aerospace Systems

UTC Aerospace Systems — formerly known as Goodrich — has taken a 10-year lease on 25,652sq ft of office space at a facility near Junction 4 of the M42 at Solihull.
The Fore 1 building will be used for a combination of research and technology activities, plus finance services. It was designed and built by property and construction company BAM.
UTC Aerospace Systems is a supplier of aerospace and defence products, as well as a contributor to international space programmes. The move brings together more than 150 staff from three local offices.
