Brammer UK Ltd, the Wythenshawe-based industrial parts supplier, has acquired the share capital of Northampton-based Premier Bearing Co Ltd.
Established in 1969, Premier supplies bearings and power transmission products, hand tools, protective work-wear, factory consumables and vending products.
The Camlee Group in Sale acted as lead adviser on the deal, while Hill Dickinson advised vendors Stephen and Patricia Sizers.
