A fire broke out at Pure Wafer's Swansea facility just before Christmas and eight fire appliances and 68 fire-fighters had to be called in to deal with the emergency.
The Wales-based company recycles computer chips for semiconductor manufacturers and the facility operates round the clock.
All staff present at the facility when the fire broke out were successfully evacuated, with no reported injuries.
Chief executive Richard Howells said that, despite the “significant damage” caused by the fire, the facility is “fully and comprehensively insured.
We will switch some current production to our facility in Prescott, Arizona, thereby minimising disruption to customers and limiting any financial impact on trading.”
