Cutwel Ltd — a leading supplier of cutting tools to customers in the UK and Ireland — has opened a new tooling centre at its headquarters in Cleckheaton, West Yorkshire — just off Junction 26 of the M62.
This new facility boasts an extensive range of cutting tools (such as milling cutters, indexable milling systems, taps and drills), work-holding products (such as machine vices and clamping systems), tool-holding solutions (such as angle heads, driven tooling and spindle speeders) and much more.
The company has designed the tooling centre to showcase leading brands such as YG-1, Benz, Gerardi, WTO, Korloy and Bison — among others.
Visitors will be shown round by a member of Cutwel’s experienced technical team, who can provide information and answer any questions that may arise. The tooling centre is just the latest reason to visit Cutwel; there is already a metrology centre and a 3-D printing showroom.
Visitors can discuss their tooling requirements or plan projects with the technical team. To book a visit, call 01924 869610, e-mail or visit the company’s Web site (
