Warwick Music Group expands into USA

Coventry-based Warwick Music Group — the manufacturer of the first-ever all-plastic trumpet and trombone — is opening a facility in Granger (Indiana)(www.warwickmusic.com).

CEO Steven Greenall said: “Our business has created a wonderful set of products that have found a home in the classrooms of primary schools across the UK, broadening access and increasing the number of children who play brass instruments.”

The firm has also appointed Branislav Zivkovic as its global chief commercial officer and Keith Dye, associate dean and professor of music education at Texas Tech University School of Music, as its US education specialist.

Mr Greenall added: “We hope that this expansion into the USA and the appointment of Branislav and Keith will further demonstrate our commitment to supporting our customers, educators and music dealers and further our vision of expanding the base of brass players globally.”
