Peak Sensors Ltd, a manufacturer of temperature sensors for process control and OEM customers, has appointed Dr Roshan Aucklah as its new managing director to lead its growth and development programme.
Dr Aucklah was previously sales director of Barnsley-based Xeracarb, which makes high-performance silicon-carbide composite ceramics.
His focus will be on ensuring that Peak Sensors continues to provide world-class thermocouple and resistance thermometer sensors, and on developing products for new markets and territories.
Current managing director Peter Smith, who will be moving to a consultant role, said: “We are thrilled to welcome Roshan to the team. The quality of our manufacturing and customer service has helped us grow for 20 years, and Roshan’s expertise will be vital in capitalising on opportunities for further growth.”
