The South Derbyshire engineering firm Carfulan Group (
www.carfulan.com) has been officially named as one of the fastest-growing companies in the UK; it will appear in the London Stock Exchange’s 2018 ‘1,000 Companies to Inspire Britain’ report, which focuses on small to medium-size businesses.
Successful companies have to show consistent revenue growth over a minimum of three years that significantly out-performs their industry peers.
Made up of OGP UK, SYS Systems, Zoller UK and ViciVision UK, the Carfulan Group employs around 50 people (an increase of 400% since 2002) and has a current annual turnover approaching £15 million — and more than 700 customers.
It specialises in the supply and service of multi-sensor inspection equipment, 3-D printing technology, tool pre-setting and inspection devices, and turned-part measurement solutions.
