Missler Software — the developer of TopSolid software — recently announced that in late 2018 its management team
arranged for a group of financial investors to organise the takeover of the company and thereby allow it to better achieve its “international growth capabilities and simplify the relationship with its customers”.
Based in Evry, France, the company — now known as TopSolid — provides CAD/CAM and ERP solutions for the mechanical manufacturing, tooling, wood-working and sheet metal-workingindustries. It had a turnover of more
than 45 million euros in 2018.
Every year, TopSolid (
www.topsolid.fr) invests some 30% of its turnover in research and development for its integrated range of software, and exports currently account for about 70% of its income. It has a network of 60 resellers around the world.
