Technology and innovation forums

Hampshire-based TheNonExec (www.thenonexecutive.com) is partnering with Dorset Chamber of Commerce and Industry to present a quarterly series of technology and innovation forums in 2019 and 2020, bringing together experts from a range of industries to discuss emerging technologies such as Artificial Intelligence, blockchain and machine learning.

These events are designed for company directors in the manufacturing, technology and engineering sectors.

The first forum will be held on 28 June at Centre VR in Bournemouth and is aimed at companies wishing to explore Industry 4.0 — the benefits of adopting connected devices and digitally enabled devices in production, factory and office environments.

The morning will cover: adopting these devices; industrial automation 4.0 technologies; and case studies (how implementing emerging technologies has delivered a sustainable competitive advantage).
