As part of its on-going strategy to work ever closer with UK engineers, cutting-tool manufacturer Guhring UK has joined the GTMA trade association.
The company says it will use its membership — along with benefits such as networking, marketing and event platforms — to enhance its brand among UK manufacturers.
This development is timely, with Guhring opting to participate in the GTMA’s Manufacturing Solutions Ireland conference on 12 June at the Limerick Institute of Technology (LIT).

www.guhring.co.uk), Lisa Bigge, said: “Since moving to its new facility a couple of years ago, Guhring has the stocking capacity and manufacturing capability to meet the demands of manufacturers in the UK and Ireland.
“We are now stocking over £5 million worth of standard product lines that include end mills, drills, reamers and threading products.
“Furthermore, our ability to develop special tools is contributing to significant levels of growth, and we will use platforms such as GTMA events to demonstrate the diversity and scope of application of our special tooling lines.
